  • All tailings’ facilities underwent inspections and audits against Global Industry Standard on Tailings Management (GISTM), with updated operational manuals rolled out across sites. No material tailings-related risks were reported.
  • Water measurement accuracy was enhanced by expanding water meter installations across plants, enabling more reliable tracking of water flows and losses. New parameters have been integrated into site water models, improving transparency and data quality.
  • Large scale revegetation commencing FY2026.

  • Zero fatalities since commencing operations.
  • 13-years LTI free at Doornbosch.
  • Best total injury performance in Sylvania’s history with only one LTI reported. The Group still strives for Zero Harm.
  • Female representation: Increased to 29%, with 34% of new employees being women.
  • Annual anti gender-based violence (GBV) campaign run in November and December 2024 and supporting organisations working to combat GBV in our host communities.
